I am a Graphic Designer originally from India, and now living in the Bay Area. I have a strong interest in how the design process can be used to affect change and improve the human condition. Design process comes with a lot of madness but I have realized that there is a method to this madness. This method involves immersion, research, and synthesis. As rightly put by Hillman Curtis, “the goal of a designer is to listen, observe, understand, sympathize, empathize, synthesize, and glean insights that enable him or her to ‘make the invisible visible”.

I enjoy working with color, typography, print, publication design, branding and experimenting with interactive design. Prior to deciding to switch geographies and pursuing a Master's degree, I did art direction, working for ad agencies like Ogilvy in India.

I aspire to be able to use the experience obtained over the years in a way that contributes and enhances my ability to deliver impactful design deliverables. I want to keep growing as a designer and it takes time and practice. My experience on a range of projects and media certainly has given me a perspective on what type of work makes me tick. I wish to collaborate and continue working with groups of individuals who are well versed in different forms of design and exchange knowledge to create a better world through design.

I love photography, food and kids. My dream is to contribute towards a brighter, better-designed future.
